At Schrupp's Meats & Seafood, LLC we know how to process wild game as well as how to smoke it to perfection. We believe in flawless processing, this includes only processing wild game such as deer and elk that have been properly tagged, registered and cleaned.


  • We process only wild game in November so your deer doesn't end up waiting behind beef, pork or other meat orders.
  • You can be assured that you will get back the same meat you originally brought in.
  • All deer products will be vacuum packed at no extra charge.


Our locker operates under special hours during deer hunting season (November):

  • Saturday Nov. 4: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Sunday Nov. 5: 2 – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday Nov. 11: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Sunday Nov. 12: 2 – 8 p.m.


Placing Your Order

When placing your wild game processing order with Schrupp's please be specific.

  • Cuts available are - steaks, roasts and chops
  • Grinding for hamburger is charged separately
  • Any head desired for mounting should be picked up promptly


Wild Game Processing

Whole Carcass:

  • All wild game must be tagged and registered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any deer that is not properly taken care of.
  • All whole carcass deer are preferred with hides on them.
  • Dirty wild game carcasses will have an additional clean-up charge.



Trimmings must be clean, free of hair and blood clots, and must have tag numbers.


Fresh Cuts:

You will be called on your fresh cuts. Come in as soon as possible. We cut each deer one at a time, ensuring that your cuts will come back to you.



At Schrupp's Meats we make sausage on a first come first serve basis. Please wait for our phone call for finished sausage and allow one to four months. *We charge you for the finished weight of product on sausage. However, jerky, snack sticks and dried product are charged by raw weight.


Order Pick-Up:

We have limited storage space; therefore all orders need to be picked up within one week of notification. A weekly storage fee of $5.00 will be charged unless other arrangements are made in advance.
